CAN I HAVE A 28" WAIST SIZE PLEASE...........
Recently met an old school pal of mine.......was excited as hell....then it happened...we went to a mall.He wanted to try a jeans.When he asked for a 28 inch size, i got a shock......i am not gonna reveal my waist size on a public platform, but i vow to come down to a decent waist size........what i could do to exchange waists with him...how i envy him.....some people can maintain & be in shape( not that round is not a shape, but then not a shape to harp about), even after so many years.........

I was seeing the Indian side being trashed by an ever confident Sri Lankan team at the finals of the Asia Cup 2008..........suddenly the camera zooms into a balcony, which is witnessing a sudden frenzy of events.....on the screen comes the President of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf.........he was looking relaxed as ever, though this time, he was looking slightly old & worn out..........was there a message he was trying to give to the world,hours after a bomb that killed 19(unofficially) & 8( officially) people near the now infamous Lal Masjid..................

GOODBYE......Field Marshal S.H.F.J Manekshaw, Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan, MC
On 27th June 2008 at about 0030 HRS one of the bravest officer & the only surviving Field Marshal of the Indian Army died battling a prolonged illness..........may his soul rest in peace.....
I am not going to sing songs of his praise, but will try to give the readers an idea about Sam Bahadur, his life in and outside the Army.

Date of Birth: 03rd April 1914
Place of Birth: Amritsar, Punjab Province
Name of Father: Dr Hormusji Framji Manekshaw

Schooling: Amritsar and Sherwood College, Nainital
Indian Military Academy:First batch of Indian MA graduate. He was one of the 16 chosen from an applicant base of more than 1200 candidates.
First Posting: Indian Army as a Second Lieutenant in "The Frontier Force Regiment" on 4th February 1934.
On completion of his attachment, as was customary then, with a British Infantry Battalion, the 2nd Battalion the Royal Scots, he joined the 4th Battalion, 12 Frontier Force Regiment, also known as the 54th Sikhs. After partition of India, this Regiment opted to join the Pakistan Army.
WW2 Campaign: He was severely injured taking 7 bullets in his abdomen, chest , hands during a campaign against the Japanese in WW2 in Burma. He was decorated with Military Cross( belonging to Maj. Gen. Cowan) of the battlefield itself by Major General Cowan, because a Milliary Cross cannot be awarded posthumously.
Facts you may not know about him & his life:
Did you know General Yahya Khan, who became the President of Pakistan still owes him Rs 1000/- for a 'James' motorcycle he sold to Yahya Khan.
He had a sharp memory & knew the wives of Army officers by names even after years.......
Manekshaw's prized possession is a Sunbeam Rapier ( a car) he owned till he died & it is still in excellent running condition.
i can go on & on with the text i am getting from reading books & online stuff...but to me this sums it up .......i now know my Hero....my country's most loved son..................

WHERE'S HONOUR IN THIS.....?????????????
The country is shocked, the press having a field day & the police clueless and arresting on pure suspicion.
Welcome to the real world..........the world that still isn't humane....the world where all one cares about is finishing the work, going back home, spending time with their families & bragging about their findings & reporting of the Aarushi & Hemraj Murder case.....
Where has the compassion, the humility & the human component gone out of our lives???? My guess is as good as yours...but i have a point to make....
I would like to plead with the media & police, not to label this a case of Honour killings-Where is honour in it if a father kills a daughter....a father who's X or Y chromosome made this daughter, a father who taught her the first few words of her life...who jumped to get the camera when she took her first steps......who made her sleep on his chest when she got her vaccinations.........i am sure you find no honour in all this.......
The word is MURDER..not HONOUR KILLING......whose honour are we talking about here...a man or a family that will go to any lengths to protect their false pride .....the women folk of the family who silently support the perpetrators of such crimes or the honour of the society.......a society that has just been created to suppress the independent, free thinking mind.........i clarify, i have nothing against a society, but i am surely against people who in the name of god, mankind or integrity & honour try to suppress free thinkers......be it the likes of political organisations, self help groups or goondas turned 'social service dadas'..........it is high time we all joined hands and weed out these hooligans out of the society......
Coming back to the NOIDA Double Murder Case........i am hurt by the indifference of the police & the media...they media specially has taken a lot of pride & played its trumpet all along for being the saviours of the humanity or the poor of the country...i would not debate that the media has been instrumental in a lot of cases being heard, but they are crossing the line at times...........the sensible journalism now seems to be a thing of the past....the 24 hour reporting bug has bit everyone in the media circles...everyone wants to report the fastest & if there is nothing to report, they seem to be creating news...one channel in question, the brain child of a very famous journalist seems to be a channel promoting the back magic & dark tricks, by reporting cases that are based on such dark studies.....they have dedicated segments, wherein they get scoops from across the world on such arts........i am sure the rural tourism board would be very happy with the kind of news they show.........even in the above case they get all sorts of babas & physcologists on air, without even checking their credentials......i am not amused but angry & fuming...........be sensible & responsible humans, if not sensible journalists...........
The police on the other hand has just been trying to stick the murder on one person or the other, they just want to finish the investigations & file chargesheets.........my request to them is to be truthful & not blame the only persons available......the parents should be investigated, but not just tried in the meida & other circles without any proof......2 of the 4 people who have any say in this are dead..now we need to take the other 2 & reconstruct the crime scene & find out the real culprits...........
An angle or theory that isn't being investigated is that did anyone have access to the house from the outside or did he have a person on the inside( maybe the servant or the parents ), who helped him. Also the motive is unclear & without a motive a crime will not stick on the accussed in a court of law..if the police belives in the case, why don't they let a magistrate record the statement of the father, because a statement given in front of the police is not admissible in court......or is the police playing it blind and trying to get the case of their backs......
In the end i would like to again reiterate that this case is a perfect reason for initiating reforms in our society not just in the area of criminal investigation or media sensitisation, but also in the area of crumbling & deteriorating family values & morals........
Hoping that the society admits & learns from its mistakes......

Diversity in Unity
What goes around, comes around...............with the recent events in India specially in the state of Maharashtra, we might be thinking where our country is headed................all lot has been said about people who are not even worth mentioning ...let alone giving them national importance..............but then as we all forget at times .....all NEWS CHANNELS are 24 hour channels....and all the things that happen in the lives of people( Kings or beggars ) is _____________ ____________.......well you guessed it right.....BREAKING NEWS............BREAKING NEWS.........the only thing i feel like breaking is the Television set...but alas can't even risk that........ i can't live without my daily dose of this crap....its an addiction...................
Now coming back to the events of 3rd February 2008...............why don't we play the ball game and blame our unfriendly neighbour for the mess .......seems to be a great idea...............no one will say anything for the fear of being branded anti-national.......why doesn't the government declare this offically that it was nothing more than trouble created by the usual suspects.............I feel that we as Indians need to not just respect our Unity in Diversity....but also our Diversity in Untiy.................what's wrong in that..........just try imagining that if in your workplace or school or college, everyone thought & acted like you........i am sure you would be in a bad mood all day long...as you couldn't diagree with a single soul.........( plz note that a lot of West based study groups have scientifically proven that Indians are argumentative).......it would be a shame.......we would keep cursing one & all for thinking like us...........where would creative & mind boggling thoughts & ideas come from......bcoz we are all alike......have same limitations & same insights into matters concerning others............I am sure you are shivering by now................
Well for a plain simple Indian like me, i shall always cherish 3rd February 2008 as the day i saw the Unity in Diversity as well as the Diversity in Unity............i was on a tour to the city of Mumbai............i was coming back to my home...........my bus was a state owned vehicle.....we were just about to enter a tunnel enroute, when the driver suddenly veered to the left.......i thought that maybe we have had a close shave......or avoided a collision with another vehicle..........but to my dismay, i was not able to act heroically & had nothing to do with a heroic resuce effort to save hurt or bleeding passengers........the door opens and almost 20 people enter the bus.......there are not enough seats for these extra passengers...on the other hand i am cursing the driver of deciding to make extra money for the state transport........now the bus continues to our destination.
Iam one of those guys who doesn't easily get interested in the matters of others or take notice of people, even if they are on my head......but then things change................an old lady is standing on the aisle......now you might be thinking, i being the writer will tell you that i offered her my seat....am sorry i did nothing like that...but kept ignoring her( Also the seat next to me was broken).......suddenly a young girl pops up & offers the lady her seat......this awakens the human in me....if another human can do it why can't i do it..........so me being me....i get up & offer my window seat to another lady who is travelling with her husband.......that is very unlike me...a lot of people who know me will vouch for it & claim that the sun had risen from the west on 3rd March 2008......i know its bad & your opinion of me is changing fast...but then everyone has a problem....n mine is strangers in an environment where i am also a traveller...i don't like chatting up with people while travelling or being nice & pally with them.....................By this time the chatter around me has given me crucial information like the misfortune these 20 people had when their bus broke down near the tunnel almost 3 hours ago.......
To add to the already rising list of passengers who are trying to make these people as comfortable as posible, in jumps the person sitting behind the broken seat,he with the help of my engineering mind fix the broken seat to last us till the end of the journey.......or if i may saw...i have added a few more rupees to the coffers of the state transport, by doing their job, albeit a temporary one.....atleast they maybe able to book that seat for a few more trips of that bus. Then i move on to the next level......i offer the recently repaired seat to the lady's husband.....he refuses....but i am relentless....(i have my motives in this...i want to stand next to the beautiful girl & maybe be her hero for the day)..in the end my perseverance pays & the gentlemen in question sits on the seat.............now this is just a story....well now comes the other part.... i would like to apologise to & ask for the forgiveness of people who thought that i was wrong in offering my seat, the one i paid for, to two strangers.........without asking them about their origin...or in short that part of India they come from.......were they from the North, East, South or the West...or to make matters worse Central India.......now i have 5 choices...........i am sorry to all those people who are hell bent on highlighting the Diversity........or the difference we have..............this reminds me of a few lines, which these people have never heard & may never be able to comprehend in their lives.....i don't know who has written them, so please don't sue me if you are the writer of these lines......
.'Differences of Habit & Language are nothing if our aims are identical & our hearts are open'
I am sure we have identical aims......( here i am talking about the average indian or the so called common man )...to give our loved ones a decent living & see ourselves & our fellow countrymen prosper.......and i am sure that our hearts are open.....we live in the land with a saying " Aatithi Devo Bhawa' i.e The guest is god....so i am sure our heart is big enough to accomodate our countrymen, our true brothers & sisters.so i shall fondly remember the day 3rd February 2008.........i saw diversity as well as the unity......
My advice to the people in power or post of influence...please follow the laws...it hurts at times...but it never kills......n maybe by having one code for all we can infuse the long forgotten patriotism that we had...............

ACT I
“Alpha 2 this is Alpha 1, What’s your position, Over”,
“ Alpha 1 this is Alpha 2, we are near the alley, Over”
“Hold position until further order Alpha 2, I repeat Hold position and gather all the intel you can ….. Over and Out”……
As he ended the transmission with his forward observers the only thing going in the mind of Major Raghvendra was …. Will we be able to pull this one like other missions??? Will I be able to pull it off ??? …..this was no ordinary mission…..it was not that he was not confident of his boys. As the Commanding Officer of the 1st Special Operations Group, popularly known as Delta Force , Raghvendra, code named ‘Ace’ , was the only man on the force who had the mind and skills to pull it off, irrespective of the conditions. But then this mission was no ordinary one…..and this was not due to the opposition he was against…..but the Hostage he had to free…just one hostage bothered him, just one of the 25 hostages.
She had still looked the same when he was shown the photos of the hostages. The mysterious smile on her face was the same…the same that he could remember. Time had stopped for him, his mind raced back to those days when she was something more to him than just one name. He had met her at the college he had joined after his Dad was posted to Shimla. He was a late admission to the college, and as usual was lost on the premises. Out of nowhere appeared this girl who just asked him ,“Hi I am Sneha, Can I be of any help”……..
Puzzled Raghu asked her “ Can you give me directions to the B.Sc 2nd Yr. Class “ . It turned out that she too was studying in the same class. Sneha and Raghu hit off instantly. She helped him at class, in studies at home and above all was a great listener. Her patience was what astonished Raghu. You could call her even at 2 A.M in the morning and she would patiently listen to all crap you had boiling inside your mind, without ever mentioning the late hour or how idiotic you seemed.
Restraining his mind, Major Raghvendra, tried to concentrate on the task at hand. He was to brief Col. Mohan about the latest on the Crisis in the next 5 mins. Time was critical and could not be wasted on things that were no more, no more the way he had wanted them to be………
On entering Col. Mohan’s Makeshift HQ, the Major gave him a crisp salute. The Col. Was one of the pioneers of Delta Force, the man who got Delta from the drawing board to what it was today. He was now the special adviser to the GOC-in-C ,Special Forces Command.
“ So Raghu , what are the chances ? ”
“ Sir , they are not too good as we can’t play psychological ops.(warfare of the mind and wits), as we want this to be done a quietly as possible, without creating anymore scenes here. As it is the National & International Media is almost up our ass, but I have full faith in my chaps, the’ll make those assholes pay for this .”
“ That’s my boy, let’s see your plan”.
The Col. had liked the plan. He called it the most brilliant plan that he had heard in years and was very confident that it will not only work, but it will also show these mercenaries that we are not weak. The only thing he failed to notice was the anxiety level in the Major’s voice. Raghu thought that he had betrayed himself more than once in front of his boss. Was the Col. just playing plain dumb or did he not see that how much the mission meant to him????
Now came the tough part, he had to speak to his boys. He was known as a fearless leader to his chaps. What if they could see that the mission was not about the hostages, and he was taking it personally, what impression will his men make of it???
Everything should go off well with the boys. The plan was simple. Akash and Mani had to take out the guards at the top of the roof With the two guards on the top gone, entry into the complex would be undetected. Then came the most difficult part, according to their forward observers there were 3 militants at the entrance of the hotel lobby. They had no intel on the total number of militants from the lobby entrance to the Conference Hall, where all the hostages were kept. Capt. Roshan and Havaldar Roopchand would then take the 3 visible militants out as soon as the lights went out and stand guard for any others that maybe lurking around. Then came the part that would settle this , Raghu and his team of 3 crack commandos would storm the conference room from all sides and take the remaining hostages by surprise. That should do it………..
The boys were all quiet ,too quiet for a special forces, all knew that after they start this mission of their’s the whole world’s intelligence & secret services’ eyes are going to be on them and the kind of outcome this team will get. This was from the start going to be no easy conference. The world’s Top Microbiologist meeting for a secret conference in the backdrop of the beautiful valleys of Kashmir, and protected just by a handful of lightly armed police personnel. It was ridiculous !!!!!!

“Yes , sir”, was what Capt. Akash Singh replied back excitedly , fully aware that he was to start a chain of events which will make life hell for those bastards who thought that they could fool around with them and put India to shame in front of the whole world.
“And you 2 jokers clear out the entrance lobby for us …haa….what say Roshan…..excited about erasing those 3 militants stationed at the entrance lobby”
“ Gee Boss… we are raring to go……, we won’t let you down sir, we won’t….by the way sir whats are code???? ”
“ Lets say, you chaps are ‘TWISTER’….hope you jackasses like it ……”, Raghu asked smilingly.
“ Then me , Chopra, Panging and Batra will storm the Conference hall from all the sides and eliminate the remaining SOBs. They will also be HOT like us, with Night Vision and all the works, so be careful”

And the room was filled with all the enthu he had wanted…..a loud and unanimous roar from all his boys, the elite DELTA FORCE…………the best in the business …….
“ Let me remind you one more thing boys , we are in it together, even if one team fails…we all fail…and so does our country, and I know you guys won’t let that happen….Good Luck Gentlemen…..May God be with all of you”
Phew…that was easy, but by this time Raghu had forgotten about that one special hostage of his…..he had his full thoughts on the job at hand…..he had been trained to shut his mind off from the outside world……but what happened earlier in the morning when he saw her photograph was a mistake……a small mistake in his illustrious career as a special forces officer. He, Major Raghuvendra Singh was one on the most highly decorated officers in the Army. He was the recipient of Ashok Chakra, the highest peace time gallantry award, a Kirti Chakra was also in his kitty for bravely fighting insurgents in the east. And he had numerous commendations from the Chief and other senior officers of the Army…..one hella a kid, a 3rd Generation Army officer in his family….His father was still serving as a Major General in the army. His Grandfather joined the army of independent India in 1948, during the First war of Kashmir.
ACT II
As he and his team started to come out from their makeshift tent he heard his name being called out from behind…….
“ Raghu, beta Raghu…..” For once he thought it was his mother’s voice…but mom in Kashmir…..that too without informing him……naa…not possible……He slowly turned around and saw a woman who he swore he would never like to see again in his whole lifetime….the two women who was responsible for the shoddy state of his heart …his poor little crushed heart.
“ Raghu it’s me , Sneha’s mom…….please come here for a moment” the woman said sobbingly .
“ O Hello Mrs. Dixit , Hello Ms. Hema….. how are you ma’am?? Guess this is the wrong question……sorry”
“ Raghu I heard from Col. Mohan that you are going to attempt a rescue. Please beta we beg of you to save Sneha , she’s in there my poor Sneha…….help her beta , help her……”
What was going on in Raghu’s mind was driving him crazy….he had once promised himself that if ever he met up with these 2 bitches he would really give them a piece of his mind…..and now here he was, feeling pitty for them, rather than fulfilling his promise to his hurt heart. Perhaps this is what we call life…………always expect the unexpected……
It took him almost a minute to even speak after her mom sobbingly feel to the ground…..he wanted to hold her and say ……don’t worry aunty, I will save Sneha…..my Sneha……. But he didn’t know how to say that…..as now she no longer belonged to him…..and all thanks to these ladies standing in front of him. He started out to speak again, but felt that he too may betray himself and join her in crying for the only girl he ever loved in his life, the only girl he will ever love in his life, the girl he still loved. It pained somewhere , but he didn’t wanna give himself away, show that he Major Raghvendra Singh, ‘The Tiger of Kashmir’ was a weak little kid…..a 27 years old weeping kid…..
With much courage he spoke , and the only words he managed were “ We’ll get her back for you”…..and fearing that he may also join them and sob inconsolably , he ran back and joined his team.
Sealing his thoughts Raghu, went over one last pre-mission weapon & waypoints check. It was already dark, time to go and kick some asses.
“ Gentlemen check your watches…..on my count for 2330 Hrs…. 10…9….8….7….6…5….4……3…..2……1……TIME….. O.K now let’s begin the Party”
“ Alpha 2 this is Alpha 1, it’s SHOWTIME…….were comin’ in boys…..over”
“ Alpha 1 this is Alpha 2 , you have a GREEN LIGHT……”
The crossing from there hiding place near the alley to the boundary wall of the hotel took less than 30 seconds, 30 seconds of exposure…but it was too dark for anyone to see these shadows of Death.
There had been no demands so far from inside, no money , no release of other militants…no demands whatsoever…..that is what had troubled the negotiators….this left with only one possibility….they required the eminent Microbiologist for production of weapons of Mass Destruction…..thats it….this is what was Hot these days…..WMDs. That was the reason DELTA had to be called in. They feared that these militants may try to abduct a few scientists and forcefully try to have them produce some biological or chemical weapons of mass destruction. This made the rescue mission even more important.
They reached the designated spot, behind the police check post near the entrance of the Hotel.
“ GOD this is Alpha 1 , let’s roll, over”
“ Alpha 1 , this is ‘GOD’ , we are striking now……over”
No one on the premises heard the sound of two special long range sniper rifles hit their targets. All what one could hear in the chilly night breeze were two soft thuds on the roof top, like some thing had just hit the roof. No noises , no yells of pain….just plain n simple kills.
“ Alpha 1 , this is ‘GOD’ , you have our blessings, over n out”
This is how it was planned , and this is how the Major intended it to go, as per his plan. Now the time had come to arise the twister….
“ ‘TWISTER’ this is Alpha 1 , it’s time to start your show, are you ready? Over”

Within no time , a smoke bomb came inside the hotel lobby from nowhere & silently in came the Lords of Death. The 3 men in the lobby were history before you could say ‘ surprise’. It was simple and very clean. No alarms , no exchange of fire, no resistance. That was good news for the mission.
“ ‘TWISTER’ maintain ground supremacy , you 3 chaps follow me…”
With these words , Major Raghuvendra and his men , rushed towards the Conference Hall. They made ground in less than a minute. After checking all the sides for more militants, they stormed into the Hall……
There was commotion on all sides. The militant leader didn’t know what hit him in the head and he was a dead man even before he hit the floor. As for the rest of his militants , they panicked and surrendered to these fast moving death machines the instant they saw their leaders dead body……
“ Clear……Clear……Clear……”…..
These were the only sounds being heard over the static in the makeshift HQ , where Col. Mohan was sitting close to the radio.
General Grewal was indeed pleased with Col. Mohan’s selection of the man for the job.
“ Mohan , Good Show. Jolly good , I am impressed with your team……we did it”
“ Thank you sir…thank you indeed” , was all Mohan could get out of his mouth. He was excited to hell…..I love the boys …I just love them….thats what he was thinking..
With all the hostages secure, now again Raghu’s mind started playing games with him…where was she?? Would she recognize him??
And then out of nowhere he saw , and he stopped , he stopped dead in his tracks…….on the floor , next to the leader lay the body of girl ,no more than him…….SHIT…….it was her , in a pool of blood….SHIT….
“ Akash, Get the Doctor , fast……….” And before completing his words his hand went down to check her pulse……and he felt nothing…just nothing at all……
He fell down to his knees and started crying like a small child who had dropped his favourite ice-cream on the floor……..
The doctor arrived and felt for the pulse….in a few seconds he called for a stretcher……..she was alive but her condition was changing rapidly……..She had been hit just below the temple, near her right ear……The bullets end could be still seen locked in the head. It was enough for Raghu to see….
Meanwhile Capt. Akash had got his CO on his feet and hugged him. He had never seen his CO cry like that before, not since they had lost a Jawan to enemy fire around 2 years ago. It was the same way he had hugged him then, but somehow he felt that it was different this time….he felt that he was hugging a dead mass….
“Alpha 2 this is Alpha 1, What’s your position, Over”,
“ Alpha 1 this is Alpha 2, we are near the alley, Over”
“Hold position until further order Alpha 2, I repeat Hold position and gather all the intel you can ….. Over and Out”……
As he ended the transmission with his forward observers the only thing going in the mind of Major Raghvendra was …. Will we be able to pull this one like other missions??? Will I be able to pull it off ??? …..this was no ordinary mission…..it was not that he was not confident of his boys. As the Commanding Officer of the 1st Special Operations Group, popularly known as Delta Force , Raghvendra, code named ‘Ace’ , was the only man on the force who had the mind and skills to pull it off, irrespective of the conditions. But then this mission was no ordinary one…..and this was not due to the opposition he was against…..but the Hostage he had to free…just one hostage bothered him, just one of the 25 hostages.
She had still looked the same when he was shown the photos of the hostages. The mysterious smile on her face was the same…the same that he could remember. Time had stopped for him, his mind raced back to those days when she was something more to him than just one name. He had met her at the college he had joined after his Dad was posted to Shimla. He was a late admission to the college, and as usual was lost on the premises. Out of nowhere appeared this girl who just asked him ,“Hi I am Sneha, Can I be of any help”……..
Puzzled Raghu asked her “ Can you give me directions to the B.Sc 2nd Yr. Class “ . It turned out that she too was studying in the same class. Sneha and Raghu hit off instantly. She helped him at class, in studies at home and above all was a great listener. Her patience was what astonished Raghu. You could call her even at 2 A.M in the morning and she would patiently listen to all crap you had boiling inside your mind, without ever mentioning the late hour or how idiotic you seemed.
Restraining his mind, Major Raghvendra, tried to concentrate on the task at hand. He was to brief Col. Mohan about the latest on the Crisis in the next 5 mins. Time was critical and could not be wasted on things that were no more, no more the way he had wanted them to be………
On entering Col. Mohan’s Makeshift HQ, the Major gave him a crisp salute. The Col. Was one of the pioneers of Delta Force, the man who got Delta from the drawing board to what it was today. He was now the special adviser to the GOC-in-C ,Special Forces Command.
“ So Raghu , what are the chances ? ”
“ Sir , they are not too good as we can’t play psychological ops.(warfare of the mind and wits), as we want this to be done a quietly as possible, without creating anymore scenes here. As it is the National & International Media is almost up our ass, but I have full faith in my chaps, the’ll make those assholes pay for this .”
“ That’s my boy, let’s see your plan”.
The Col. had liked the plan. He called it the most brilliant plan that he had heard in years and was very confident that it will not only work, but it will also show these mercenaries that we are not weak. The only thing he failed to notice was the anxiety level in the Major’s voice. Raghu thought that he had betrayed himself more than once in front of his boss. Was the Col. just playing plain dumb or did he not see that how much the mission meant to him????
Now came the tough part, he had to speak to his boys. He was known as a fearless leader to his chaps. What if they could see that the mission was not about the hostages, and he was taking it personally, what impression will his men make of it???
Everything should go off well with the boys. The plan was simple. Akash and Mani had to take out the guards at the top of the roof With the two guards on the top gone, entry into the complex would be undetected. Then came the most difficult part, according to their forward observers there were 3 militants at the entrance of the hotel lobby. They had no intel on the total number of militants from the lobby entrance to the Conference Hall, where all the hostages were kept. Capt. Roshan and Havaldar Roopchand would then take the 3 visible militants out as soon as the lights went out and stand guard for any others that maybe lurking around. Then came the part that would settle this , Raghu and his team of 3 crack commandos would storm the conference room from all sides and take the remaining hostages by surprise. That should do it………..
The boys were all quiet ,too quiet for a special forces, all knew that after they start this mission of their’s the whole world’s intelligence & secret services’ eyes are going to be on them and the kind of outcome this team will get. This was from the start going to be no easy conference. The world’s Top Microbiologist meeting for a secret conference in the backdrop of the beautiful valleys of Kashmir, and protected just by a handful of lightly armed police personnel. Why do I get WET ???????
well here i am with an incident of my life with which many people will relate....... as there are many instances in our lives that we ask ourselves if not god " Why does it happen to me??".........
Well here it is::
I stay a short distance from my place of work and everyday while coming to office i catch rain at the same place....rather the rain cathes me at the same place everyday....
I have tried 'n' no. of stunts like coming to office at different times of the day... or waiting for the rain to stop and then proceed to my workstation.....but everytime i have failed miserably.......and in the process i have failed to understand my failure n its reasons......
Ur valuable ideas to evade rain in the most unconvetional ways may make u eligible for the grand prize(a gr8 dinner prepared for u by the Writer himself). It will also be highly appreciated by the writer....
